At its pre-IPO investor day Anthropic told investors that third-quarter revenue rose 45% from the quarter before, to $16.8 billion from $11.6 billion, and that it was profitable on an adjusted basis; a television host called the numbers disappointing to some, while people who attended left optimistic, and the listing is expected after the November midterms.
