After beating third-quarter delivery estimates with 486,532 cars, Tesla needs only 311,448 deliveries in the fourth quarter, far below its third-quarter pace, to top 2025's total and end its run of annual declines; the shares rose 5% on the day but were still down 21% for the year, and Morgan Stanley says the company may be 'exiting the EV winter'.
